Decision on Dismissing 13 International Students Including Olga

To all relevant departments and secondary schools:

Eight international graduate students, including SABANE MICHEL OLGA, have been absent from teaching and research activities for an extended period without leave. In accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 22 of the Regulations on the Management of International Graduate Students’ Status at Huaiyin Institute of Technology (Trial) (Document No. HYIT-FA〔2022〕149), and after deliberation, the decision has been made to dismiss the aforementioned eight international graduate students (see the attachment for the specific list).

Five international undergraduate students, including AWUAH EBENEZER OFORI, have failed to participate in school-mandated teaching activities for two consecutive months without leave. In accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 36 of the Regulations on the Management of International Undergraduate Students’ Status at Huaiyin Institute of Technology (Trial) (Document No. HYIT-FA〔2022〕148), and after deliberation, the decision has been made to dismiss the aforementioned five international undergraduate students (see the attachment for the specific list).
