Regulations on the Payment of Tuition and Fees of International Students of HYIT

Article 1 Before register, all the International students must finish all the payment procedure, only after paying off all the fees, then he/she can eligible for valid registration procedure. As to the charge items and their standards, please refer to the Enrollment Guide.

Article 2 The fees herein mentioned must be paid in RMB.

Article 3 Students must pay the fees stipulated in the school year on the opening day of each school year. If the payment cannot be made due to special reasons, the goods should be cleared within one week after being approved for delay. The school has the right not to handle the normal registration procedures for those who fail to pay the fees.

Article 4 All the Payment must deposit to the bank card by the school by the Finance Department of HYIT regularly charge. The payment can’t send to any agency or person.

Article 5 All the relevant fees in the specified semester will not be returned to the student who suspends schooling, but can be extended to the renewal semester.

Article 6 International students who want to leave school after paying the tuition fee and the accommodation fee because of some reasons, the tuition fee will not be refunded. But a portion of the accommodation fee will be refunded. Students learning time is calculated as ten months each year. The date of leaving school will admitted by school after the International student submitting the written report. A portion of accommodation fee will be refunded before the 15th of that month, if after 15th of the month; nothing will be refunded of that month.

Article 7 According to certain Chinese financial regulations, students who request refund must give back their original payment receipts. Students are advised to keep them properly.

Article 8 Those degree students who fail to finish their schooling within the specified length of programs and need to extend their length of studies must pay regular tuition fees for the extended year or semester.
