In order to facilitate international students daily life and better their living conditions, public kitchens and laundry rooms are available for all the international students. Relevant regulations are hence formulated. Please comply with these regulations and follow the lead.
Article 1 All the facilities and appliances, including inductions cookers, microwave ovens, tables and chairs, etc., is subordinate to public facilities, students are prohibited to tear them down, modify or covet them for personal use. Any damage caused by misuses should be compensated according to the set prices. Students who take away the facilities and appliances without permission will be regarded as theft and inspected by the Local Public Security Bureau according to the Chinese law. Moreover, in accordance with BEHAVIORS NORMS OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS OF HYIT, and REGULATIONS ON ACCOMMODATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS OF HYIT, SIE will give such students punishment and ask for compensation (a fine of three times the price of goods).
Article 2 Please follow the instructions to operate the facilities. Please consult the attendants when coming across difficulties or malfunctions, and never take the liberty to maintain them.
Article 3 All kitchen utensils and appliances purchased by the students should ONLY be used in the public kitchens. According to the article 7th of Regulations on Accommodations of International Students of HYIT, students are forbidden to use illegal appliances in dormitories, and they will be confiscated immediately upon discovered. While cooking, don`t leave the kitchens in order to avoid fire, and please take care of your belongings, and if lost or damaged, the college is not responsible for it.
Article 4 Please save water and electricity. Put an end to keep the light on all the time and keep the water running all along.
Article 5 Please keep the public kitchens tidy and clean, and when completing the operation, please clean things up and wash and dry all the facilities and tables and chairs.
Article 6 Please consciously keep the kitchens tidy and clean, and put the waste into the garbage cans. Wastes are forbidden to be thrown into the sink in order to prevent clogging.
Article 7 When finishing cooking, make sure to keep all the electric appliances and the taps closed, and pull the plugs, and tidy away all the public articles on the kitchen stove. Before leaving, please take away all the personal belongings so as not to interfere with others. If stacking randomly and ignoring dissuasion, the administrators are entitled to dispose of the articles.
Article 8 When finishing your meals, please bring things back to the original state.
Article 9 The cleaners keep the regular cleansing on schedule every day, and have the cooking utensils cleaned every Monday and Thursday.
