The dormitory is a place for students to live and study. However, some students ignore dormitory management regulations of HYIT and do not follow the schedule, such as coming back late, occurrence of night out and so forth. In order to strengthen the routine management of international students, according to Regulations on Accommodations of International Students of HYIT, Discipline and Punishment Criteria for International Students and Regulations on Management of HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students, the following provisions will be implemented:

(1) Coming back late

1st time, verbal warning; 2nd time, notice of criticism; 3rd time, warning and cancellation of the semi-annual HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students; 4th time, serious warning and cancellation of the annual HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students; 5th time, demerit record and cancellation of all HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students.

(2) Staying out all night

1st time, notice of criticism; 2nd time, warning and cancellation of the semi-annual HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students; 3rd time, serious warning and cancellation of the annual HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students; 4th time, demerit record and cancellation of all HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students.

(3) Going out of campus after 23:00

1st time, warning and cancellation of the semi-annual HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students; 2nd time, serious warning and cancellation of the annual HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students; 3rd time, demerit record and cancellation of all HYIT Scholarship for Excellent International Students.
