1.留学生必须遵守中国的法律、法规及学校的规章制度，尊重中国的社会公德和风俗习惯。

2.我校尊重外国留学生的民族习俗和宗教信仰，但不提供举行宗教仪式的场所。校内严禁进行宗教聚会、传教等各种宗教活动。具体请参阅《中华人民共和国境内外国人宗教活动的管理规定》。

3.留学生在中国境内进行出版、结社、集会、游行、示威等活动，必须遵守中国有关法律、法规的规定。

International students who conduct publications, associations, assemblies, processions, demonstrations and other activities in China must abide by the provisions of relevant Chinese laws and regulations.

4.经学校批准，留学生可以在校内指定的地点和范围，举行庆祝本国重要传统节日的活动，但不得有反对、攻击其他国家的内容或违反公共道德的言行。

With the approval of the school, international students may hold activities to celebrate important traditional festivals in their home countries at the designated place and scope of the school, but they must not oppose or attack the content of other countries or violate public morality.

5.根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的有关规定，留学生在中国驾驶机动车（包括摩托车、汽车等），首先必须向公安部门的车辆管理所申领驾驶证，取得驾驶资格。淮阴工学院禁止所有学生（包括留学生）驾驶摩托车和电动自行车在校园内行驶。

According to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, international students driving motor vehicles (including motorcycles, automobiles, etc.) in China must first apply for a driving license from the vehicle management office of the public security department and obtain driving qualifications. Huaiyin Institute of Technology prohibits all students, including international students, from driving motorcycles and electric bicycles on campus.

6.不准私自在校园内张贴、散发宣传品、印刷品。

7.严禁赌博、酗酒、打架斗殴、吸毒、贩毒以及其它干扰学校的教学、科研和生活秩序的行为。

Gambling, alcoholism, fighting, drug use, drug trafficking and other behaviors that interfere with the teaching, scientific research and life order of the school are strictly prohibited.

8.任何人不得破坏学校的教学、科研和生活秩序，不得阻止他人根据学校的规定所从事的正常活动。

9.不得在校园、宿舍内燃放烟花爆竹和烧烤。

11.留学生触犯中国法律构成犯罪者，按法律规定处罚；违反校纪校规，视其情节轻重按《淮阴工学院来华留学生纪律处分规定》，给予处分。

International students who violate Chinese laws and constitute a crime shall be punished in accordance with the law; Violations of school discipline and school rules shall be punished according to the "Huaiyin Institute of Technology Disciplinary Provisions for International Students Coming to China", depending on the seriousness of the case.

12.各项处罚处分一经决定，学校除向当事人宣布外，还将书面通知其本国驻华外交、代表机构或其国内派遣单位。必须中止在校学习者，应立即回国。

Once the sanction is decided, the University will notify the diplomatic or representative office or its domestic dispatch unit in writing in addition to announcing it to the person concerned. Learners who are currently in school must be suspended and should return home immediately.
