I. Background

With the progress of modern society and the development of media technology, information circulation is particularly important in People's Daily life. New media has become an important channel for people, especially young groups, to receive and understand information. The wechat public platform of the School of International Education has been established for about three years and has become an important platform for releasing various notices, recording and reporting international students' activities. However, there are still problems of single content and low update frequency. Therefore, in order to further promote the better development of our wechat official account and release the content of the official account which is popular with students, THE Institute of International Education plans to establish a wechat operation team for overseas students to stay in media.

II. Purpose

1. Further develop the wechat official account of our college, provide innovative wechat official account content that is more timely and practical and popular among international students, better adapt to students' daily life and deliver positive energy.

2. Provide a platform for students to show themselves and give play to their personal strengths (such as writing, photography, etc.), stimulate students' management and innovation ability, and enrich students' campus cultural life.

3. Let the official wechat account of THE Institute become a window to show and publicize the Institute and international students inside and outside the university.III. Quality requirements

1. Good at writing, with bilingual writing ability in Chinese and English, with creative ability;

2. Good at taking photos and using PS for post-processing. Be able to coordinate the activities of international students;

3. Capable of typesetting and editing. Experience in wechat public account operation is preferred.

Iv.Content

1. Every Wednesday afternoon of each semester (3:00-4:00pm), all members will participate in the association meeting, discuss the improvement of wechat official account, set up special topics and other matters, put forward improvement suggestions and share learning.

2. Students responsible for contributions and photos participated in various activities of international students, and sorted out materials after the activities. After the materials are reviewed by the instructor and the leader, they will be sent to the students responsible for the later editing and pushing for typesetting and publishing.

V. Registration process

1. After the recruitment announcement is issued at the beginning of each semester, please go to the Office of school of International Education for registration.

2. Go to the office for an interview according to the follow-up notice, and become a member after passing the interview assessment;

Orienteering team

I.Background

Orienteering is an elite sport, challenging, can make athletes better training themselves in orienteering. It can not only exercise one's body, but also cultivate one's ability of independent thinking, analysis and problem solving, good logical thinking ability, teamwork ability, and the ability to make quick response and decisive decision under mental and physical pressure. Under the careful organization of the Institute of International Studies and the careful guidance of the coaches of the sports department, the international students in our school have achieved excellent results in the two provincial orienteering competitions. In order to give full play to the students' talents in orienteering, the International Orienteering Team of Huaiyin Institute of Technology will be established jointly with the Sports Department.

II.Purpose

1. Refine the educational characteristics of international students;

2. Promote the development of endurance and physical exercise for international students, and enrich their campus cultural life;

3. Actively participate in all kinds of orienteering cross-country competitions on behalf of huai Industry and win honor for the school.

III.Requirements

1. Sports enthusiasts and students interested in orienteering are the main targets;

2. Be able to participate in each training actively and on time;

3. Have a sense of direction;

4. Have good physical quality.

Iv.Training time

Technical training and quality training (4:00-5:30 on Wednesdays of week 1 to 15 of each semester)
