I.Introduction to Huaiyin Institute of Technology (HYIT)
HYIT was established in 1958, which is located in Huai’an, a renowned national historical and cultural city in Jiangsu Province. It’s also the birthplace of Zhou Enlai, the first premier of the People’s Republic of China. It is a university with distinguishing application characteristics under Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and a Master’s degree awarding unit. HYIT has modern libraries, complete sports facilities, student activity centers, and advanced teaching equipment and laboratories. There are more than 24,000 registered full-time students, including more than 1,600 post-graduate students. HYIT has more than 1,400 faculty members, including about 700 postgraduate supervisors. The school has 6 provincial key disciplines during the 14th Five Year Plan period and 5 disciplines in the top 1% of ESI global rankings. HYIT adheres to the principle of open education and has established friendly and cooperative relations with 60 colleges and universities in 22 countries and Taiwan region. It has initiated joint undergraduate programs and postgraduate programs with them. It has2 brand majors of International Talents Training in the colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province,2Joint International Research Laboratory programs,1 key platform construction program of overseas high-level talents introduction and 3 foreign expert studios. The School of International Education was founded in 2016, awarded by Jiangsu Province Advanced Group for International Students Education many times, and nearly 500 international students from 40 countries have been enrolled and cultivated since then.
II.Study Mode & Duration
The normal duration of Upgrading Undergraduate Programs is 2 years. The flexible duration is from 2 years to 3 years. HYIT implements the autumn enrollment. The autumn semester starts from September.

IV.Application Requirements
1.The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid Thai passport. The original citizens of the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must hold a valid Thai passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actual residence in Thailand for more than 2 years within the last 4 years (before April 30 of the enrollment year) (Actually living in Thailand for 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to entry and exit signatures).
2.Applicants must be 2026’s graduates of relevant majors with excellent academic performance in thejunior collegesand meet the graduation requirements. Applicants shall be Thai citizens andnot be older than 28.
3.For Chinese-instruction programs, applicants should have HSK 4 or above certificate. For English-instruction programs, applicants must have IELTS 5.5 or above, TOEFL 75 or above or Duolingo 85 or above or other equivalent English proficiency certificates.
4. The applicant should voluntarily abide by Chinese laws, regulations and school rules and regulations, know China and have not been subject to any disciplinary action or criminal punishment.
5.Applicants who fail to obtainjunior college graduationcertificatesbefore registration will have their admission qualifications automatically cancelled.

Notice:
(1) Documents not in Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized Chinese / English translations;
(2) The files uploaded must be colored scan copies of the original ones. The original copy should be provided for future reference at the beginning of the semester.
VI.Application Procedure
The applicants should submit materials through the online application platform, link: https://hyit.at0086.cn/student, application deadline: June 30th.
VII.Application Examination and Admission

3. Issue the pre-admission notice
4. Issue formal Admission Notice: HYIT will send the electronic version of the admission notice and the visa application form for foreign students in China (JW202).
Note: Huaiyin Institute of Technology will collect a prepayment of RMB 3,000 yuan for tuition fees from applicants who meet the admission requirements and have received the pre-admission notice. Applicants shall complete the tuition prepayment within one month after receiving the pre-admission notice. Failure to make the prepayment within the specified period will be deemed as a voluntary waiver of the admission qualification.
VIII.Fees for Studying at HYIT
1. Tuition: 15000 yuan/year
2. Teaching materials: 800 yuan/year (Self-payment after registration)
3. Accommodation fee: 2600-3000 yuan/person/year (double room or three people living in a suite with two bedrooms and one living room ),
4000-6000 yuan/person/year (single room).
4. Comprehensive medical insurance: 600 yuan/person/year
5. Prepay tuition fee of 3,000 yuan (which can be offset against tuition fees and other fees after enrollment).
IX.Scholarships
1.Coverage of tuition (15000 yuan/year)
2. Provision of on-campus accommodation subsidy (2600-3000 yuan/year)
Note: After one year of study, applicants must participate in the annual review. Only those who pass the review are eligible to continue receiving the scholarship for the following academic year.
