3. Undergraduate study transcript (Official seal is required for the transcript. If the original is in a language other than Chinese or English, a notarized copy in English or Chinese must be attached)

4. Bachelor’s degree certificate (If the original is in a language other than Chinese or English, a notarized copy in English or Chinese must be attached; if the applicant is a student in school, a pre-graduation certificate with official seal issued by the school where the applicant is studying must be submitted)

5. Certificate of non-criminal record

   6. Chinese proficiency / English proficiency transcript or certificate

7. Study plan (600-800 words, English or Chinese version)

8. Two recommendation letters from associate professors or above in a related academic field (English or Chinese version);

9. Statement of financial support

11. Physical examination report within 6 months (Download the Foreign Physical Examination Form and go to a regular local hospital to complete the examination.
